Working with Andrea made buying and selling such a painless process. I was initially just browsing to see what was on the market, no real intentions of moving anytime soon. When I came across a house we really loved, we ended up making an offer that was accepted...and then realized we had to hit the ground running to get our house sold (I know...a little backwards)! Andrea gave great advice on little things that we could do to make our house one that someone could look at and see themselves in. From moving furniture that gave the appearance of clutter to adding small things that gave curb appeal, we took her advice to heart and made some quick adjustments. She continued providing guidance and explaining everything about contracts, raised red flags when she saw contractual language outside of the norm, but never pushed us in one direction or the other, ensuring all final decisions were well thought out and our own.
