Not the one to write reviews but I had to make an exception for Andrea. She was not just our realtor, she was our advisor. While most realtors would want to make you buy as soon as possible, she had our best interests at heart and never pressured us. She is knowledgeable in all parts of the processes which was incredibly comforting. She is very attentive and really listens to what the client wants, even when you're not sure yourself! We had a fabulous experience and she is trustworthy. We couldn't have been happier with how everything went. Andrea was organized, detailed, knowledgeable, very responsive, friendly, kind. Literally everything you would want from a realtor. She was right there during the entire process – from initial research on where we wanted to buy through the loan close. I would be hard pressed to find another realtor who worked as hard as Andrea did over the course of four months to help me find a home. Working with Andrea made buying and selling such a painless process. I was initially just browsing to see what was on the market, no real intentions of moving anytime soon. When I came across a house we really loved, we ended up making an offer that was accepted...and then realized we had to hit the ground running to get our house sold (I know...a little backwards)! Andrea gave great advice on little things that we could do to make our house one that someone could look at and see themselves in. From moving furniture that gave the appearance of clutter to adding small things that gave curb appeal, we took her advice to heart and made some quick adjustments. Long story short, we had a cash offer in less than 12 hours from the time we went live on the market! She continued providing guidance and explaining everything about contracts, raised red flags when she saw contractual language outside of the norm, but never pushed us in one direction or the other, ensuring all final decisions were well thought out and our own. She had a resource for anything that we needed, which was also a huge help. We’re so happy in our new home and thankful that we had Andrea by our side through the entire process.
